inspired to improve as much as possible.
The first task was to create a sequential film. The idea of this incredibly daunting as I had next to
no experience with filming or editing. After practicing with the filming and editing using cameras
and Adobe Premier in an induction , I still didn t feel very confident. This is where I got the idea
for stop motion from. I made good use of primary and secondary research by experimenting with
stop motion, observational drawing, historical information and taking photographs. This helped me

Zefferelli does not vary the camera shots as much as Luhrman does, although he uses different
angles to suit the atmosphere he wants to create. He also uses many natural sounds, e.g. crowd
noises, horses travelling. I have noticed in the opening, he uses non diegetic sounds until Romeo
s entrance. Luhrman uses a lot more music, which is of great significance as this is what creates
the atmospheric moods of the play. The lighting varies greatly in each play. It plays an essential

develops as the market stall scene commences; the lighting is now high key, showing more detail.

the outfits worn by the two individual, different families. Both Luhrman and Zefferelli use a
stereotype view on the clothing. The use of sets in the film makes it far more effective and

Peter Singer s essay on Animal Liberation was published in the New York Review in 1963.
Ultimately, in this essay, Singer was trying to get humans to realize how they are treating non
humans, and that changes need to happen. Firstly, Singer claims that animals suffer just like
humans do. He uses Jane Goodall and her chimpanzee research as an example. Jane Goodall taught
a chimpanzee to talk with sign language, with this she was able to see how the chimpanzee was
feeling emotionally, she found they occasionally share a cheering pat on the back or a clasp of the
hands, much like humans would do to show friendship or agreement. Singer also acknowledges the
opposing view of this point. Wittingstein says that humans cannot believe that beings without
language can have a consciousness. Singer quickly disagrees with that argument by stating that

PointNet [3] is a new type of neural network which directly consumes point clouds and well respects
the permutation invariance of the points in the input image.
PointNet, shown in Fig. 1, provides a unified architecture for applications ranging from object
classification, and part segmentation, to scene semantic parsing from pointclouds. It directly takes
point clouds as input and outputs either class labels for the entire input, or per point segment labels
for each point of the input. PointNet has three main modules, which we briefly discuss below.

I was not careful I would miss someone she knew dying because a few of the sentences were less
