This document outlines the levels and projects in the Dynamic Leadership pathway. It includes 5 levels that focus on building skills like understanding leadership styles, managing change, and demonstrating expertise. Each level includes core projects and elective projects. The core projects guide learners to give speeches on topics like their leadership style and creating a change management plan. Upon completing all levels, learners can undertake a final Distinguished Toastmaster project to design and lead a multifaceted project and earn their award.
