The Solution
Softheme set up two departments in Kyiv responsible for development:
1. Back-end team: responsible for the development of the C# web service.
The service is using SOAP API to connect to Salesforce and keep
synchronization.
2. CRM team: responsible for developing the cloud service. The developers
have created their own web client for the WCF service to setup a bridge
connection.
Currently, the CRM team consists of six people plus several QA’s.
