responsibilities include building and sustaining day to day customer relationships, as well as
tracking orders, and order progress. Served as primary customer contact for any product sales,
marketing, or maintenance questions. Also responsible for seeking new business, quoting
products, and improving internal processes. Position required an intimate product knowledge,
and ability to makes effective sales pitches. Worked heavily with distributors of Amatrol
products, and assisted with their day to day sales as well.
