Recenti studi hanno dimostrato come taluni metodi di gestione del prezzo in determinate circostanze aiutino a massimizzare il profitto derivato da un singolo cliente e la performance aziendale complessiva in termini di EBITDA. Attraverso un‟indagine effettuata su un campione composto da 1,225 manager di tutta Europa, è stato condotto uno studio per comprendere l‟effetto dell‟utilizzo congiunto di queste modalità di offerta e delle diverse strategie aziendali sulla redditività aziendale. L‟obiettivo di questo lavoro è quello di trovare un collegamento efficace tra queste particolari strategie, il giusto uso della leva di prezzo e i suoi driver, partendo dal survey e approfondendo nel dettaglio i punti cruciali con il business case BMW. I risultati di questo studio dimostrano che esiste una sostanziale differenza in termini di redditività aziendale se si confrontano le strategie adottate dalle aziende e l‟uso congiunto di particolari modalità di offerta quali il Bundling, l‟Unbundling e il Versioning e inoltre queste differenze sono ancora più nette se si compara il business dei prodotti con il business dei servizi.

appartenenza e dei propri clienti.

vendita, al fine di decidere “come” impiegare le
proprie risorse della forza vendite.
Questo tipo di approccio è in grado di evidenziare

9. ORGANIZZAZIONE DELLA PRODUTTIVITA’ DELL’AREA SALES
Organizzare correttamente le attività
“commerciali”, per aumentare il tempo
trascorso con i clienti chiave.
La forza vendita non coinvolta nella gestione di compiti
amministrativi di scarso valore potrà spendere più tempo
vendendo, o approfondendo le relazioni con i clienti di
maggior rilievo. Sarà necessario per questo:
• assicurarsi che i sales conoscano alla perfezione il loro
planning, così da impiegare il tempo in maniera più
efficiente
• dotare la forza commerciale di strumenti e processi utili
allo snellimento delle pratiche a basso valore
• identificare ed eliminare le attività che portano la forza
vendita distante dai clienti.
L’aumento del fatturato derivante da queste attività di
razionalizzazione sarà identificabile tra il 5 e il 15%.
10. GESTIONE DEI LEADS
Trasformare le interazioni con i clienti in
reali opportunità di guadagno.
Il miglioramento nella generazione e gestione
dei contatti può condurre a risultati importanti.
Esplorando tutti i bisogni del cliente, e
approfittando delle opportunità di cross-selling o
verificando l’esistenza di situazioni di “price
sensitiveness” la forza vendita è in grado di
ottimizzare il proprio portfolio.
Semplicemente comprendendo la frequenza
e la qualità di interazione con i clienti, e i
contratti rinnovati rispetto alla concorrenza sarà
possibile ottenere informazioni importanti, e
apportare miglioramenti che incideranno
sul fatturato per almeno il 5%.
11. STRUMENTI A SUPPORTO DELLE VENDITE
Trovare il corretto e più efficiente
equilibrio tra supporto alle vendite
e costi.
Supportare la forza vendite è un
elemento di costo critico che può
incidere in misura maggiore di quanto
valore conduca.
E’ importante valutare correttamente
alcuni strumenti quali software,
formazione, supporti di comunicazione e
manuali, incentivi e pacchetti benefit, al
fine di prendere le decisioni più corrette
su quali di questi siano più efficaci per il
raggiungimento di uno sviluppo reale
dell’ambito commerciale.
L’aumento del fatturato derivante da
un migliore impiego degli strumenti sarà
identificabile tra il 5 e il 10%.
12. Ogni situazione aziendale è differente, e la soluzione ideale - così come il
bilancio tra costi e benefici che ne deriverà - sarà determinata
dal punto di partenza di ciascun intervento, dal mercato, e dalla posizione
competitiva dell’impresa.
Un mix adeguato di interventi potrà essere determinato soltanto in seguito ad
un’accurata analisi della situazione, ed una definizione dettagliata
