Possess extensive working experience in Hotel industry for the last 5 and more years and after
obtaining first relevant international work experience within the hospitality industry, I am
now ready to take on new responsibilities to further my professional career.

Presently I’m working at Atlantis the Palm, Dubai, as a head waiter
in Ossiano restaurant .

Atlantis, The Palm is a 1,539 room, ocean-themed destination resort located at the center of the
crescent of the man-made the Palm Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
 Manage operation of the restaurant including cashier and ensure that policies and
procedures are complete with the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
 Ensure that budget and cost effectiveness of the restaurant is achieved.
 Handle guest complaints and review compliments.
 Supervise and train all restaurant staff to ensure that the best guest experience is provided.
 Familiarize with Food and Beverage policies and procedures and special rate & programs.
 Participate morning briefing or organize afternoon hand over briefing daily and disseminate
information to Restaurant team as soon as possible.
 Smile and provide great guest service.
 Achieving the sales target.
 Skills in Micros handling and cashiering.
 Responds to customers’ requests as explaining the park rules and regulations, assisting the
guest at the turnstiles etc.
 Be knowledgeable in departmental procedures and all guest areas of the Atlantis the Palm
resort to be able to answer any questions a guest may have about the park, the resort or
restaurants.
 Communicate effectively with the guests, fellow team members and management.
 Knowledge of any discounts and promotions available.
 Maintain well groomed appearance at all times.
