Possess extensive working experience in Hotel industry for the last 5 and more years and after
obtaining first relevant international work experience within the hospitality industry, I am

Presently I’m working at Atlantis the Palm, Dubai, as a head waiter
in Ossiano restaurant .

Atlantis, The Palm is a 1,539 room, ocean-themed destination resort located at the center of the
crescent of the man-made the Palm Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
Manage operation of the restaurant including cashier and ensure that policies and
procedures are complete with the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Ensure that budget and cost effectiveness of the restaurant is achieved.
Handle guest complaints and review compliments.
Supervise and train all restaurant staff to ensure that the best guest experience is provided.
Familiarize with Food and Beverage policies and procedures and special rate & programs.
Participate morning briefing or organize afternoon hand over briefing daily and disseminate
information to Restaurant team as soon as possible.
Smile and provide great guest service.
Achieving the sales target.
Skills in Micros handling and cashiering.
Responds to customers’ requests as explaining the park rules and regulations, assisting the
guest at the turnstiles etc.
Be knowledgeable in departmental procedures and all guest areas of the Atlantis the Palm
resort to be able to answer any questions a guest may have about the park, the resort or
restaurants.
Communicate effectively with the guests, fellow team members and management.
Knowledge of any discounts and promotions available.
Maintain well groomed appearance at all times.
