Safe Management Measures@TP (SafeMM)
For the well-being of yourself and other students, we seek your cooperation in observing
the below SafeMM to help TP maintain a Safe Campus.
Coming to Campus
1. Do not come to campus if:

Body ache, Runny nose. Symptom checker here, https://sgcovidcheck.gov.sg]
1.1 You are unwell. You must not come on campus for the entire duration of the MC
even if the COVID-19 test is negative.
1.2 You received a Health Risk Warning (HRW) from MOH. You will be placed on LOA
until your ENTRY (FIRST) PCR test is negative. However, if you received a Health
Risk Alert (HRA) from MOH, you can return to campus if you have a negative PCR
or ART result and are well. Please seek immediate medical treatment if the self-
test result is positive and do not return to campus until you receive a negative
confirmatory PCR test result.
1.3 Household member who received a HRW from MOH – Students will placed on
LOA until the affected household member’ FIRST PCR test is negative. However,
if you household member is issued with HRA, you are encouraged to monitor
your health and no further action is required.
1.4 Persons living in the same house as you who are age 6 and above (“Household”)
are unwell. You will be issued with a LOA and must not come to campus until the
report of a negative PCR/ART test for the household member, or the end of MC
for the household member, whichever is earlier. If the household member is
NOT on MC, the LOA will be capped at 5 days.
1.5 Household members (all ages) are serving their Quarantine Order (QO).
1.6 Household member serving QO at Government Quarantine Facility (GFQ) –
Student may return to campus following the first negative swab test (of the
household member serving QO) regardless of whether the test was taken before
or after the household member was admitted to the GQF AND both the student
and household member are well.
1.7 Household member serving QO at Student’s place of residence –You may return
to campus following your household member’s first negative PCR test result and
both the student and household member are well. However, students who are
sharing the same household as the person under quarantine are required to
adhere to MOH’s testing requirements to perform the required ARTs as
instructed by MOH. The result of the ART tests must be reported to your
programme officer at TSA.
1.8 Staff and students who returned to Singapore from higher risk countries/regions
which require them to serve SHN will be issued with LOA for the duration of the
SHN.
1.9 Students and staff who have household member serving SHN at home will be
issued with LOA for the duration of the household member’s SHN. The LOA will
be rescinded once the household member serving SHN has a negative PCR result.
1.10 You or any of your household members have been notified by MOH to take
a swab test. You must not come on campus until the swab test result is negative
and you are well.
1.11 You miss your Rostered Routine Test6 (RRT), Enhanced RRT or Fast and Easy
Testing (FET).
1.12 You have been issued with a Leave of Absence (LOA).
1.13 You have received a message from MOH that encourages you to go for a
swab test. You should proceed for the swab test as advised.
