10. JOB DESCRIPTION - BDE
Role: - Business Development Executive is Responsible for Generating Business for Rudra Alliance by
Creating Potential Clients, Understanding their needs, Fulfilling their needs & Close orders.
Major Responsibility:-
• Data Sourcing and Management:
Finding data of decision makers incorporates firms using goggle search, linked in connections, etc.
• Sales Meetings:
Setting sales meetings with decision makers to understand their requirements, Budget, urgency of
need of products.
• Sales Proposals:
Creating effective proposals or offers to be shared with clients covering all needs, requirements,
effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management.
• Lead Conversion:
Effective follow ups and meetings to close projects / deals. Using effective Communication and
negotiations skills to close in clients and generate revenue.
• Client Co-ordination:
Maintaining healthy relationship with clients for repeat orders, Coordinating their needs,
Requirements to concerned Teams for resolutions and delivery of products.
