 Led cross-functional teams through long term project to develop foundation for disaster recovery
planning. Performed business impact analysis, generated department and organization-level
business continuity plans, and IT disaster recovery plan.
 Orchestrated teams of 20 to transfer server technology and locations through multiple phases to
promote continuity. First moved AS400 system to offsite location, then relocated 30 physical and
200 virtual servers and infrastructure with no service interruption. Saved $200K annual
operational cost, upgraded technology to Quantum, and relocated to collocated site in New York.
