• Managed and implemented the migration of 850k antiquated merchant statements to a more user friendly, intuitive and easier
to reconcile statement.
• Engineered and completed a statement redesign across all platforms for over 1.6MM statements.
• Engaged in RFP process for Brazilian business that solicited various statement vendors.
• Created business cases and cost-benefit analyses that were used as the basis for decision making on proposed projects.
• Facilitated cross functional effort with Sales, Product, Finance and IT teams to create requirements for several major
initiatives; Veterans Day Promotion, Security Score, Pricing Simplification and Insourcing Initiatives.

consolidation program initiative which reduced redundancy and increased speed to market for product innovation.

 Chase Discover Full Acquiring project (converting 180K pass-thru merchants to full service).
 Kmart Nashville Conversion (secured Kmart business as a result of the Sears Kmart Merger).
 Sears Conversion to Nashville (conversion of Sears from South to Nashville for authorizations).
 Vital Draft 256 (establish direct connection to Vital to support receiving clearing files from merchants that
utilize Vital front end for authorizations).
• Facilitated project communications. Managed stakeholder, client and project team expectations.

Coordinated with development team on the roll out of new products. Managed market data server installations and ordered all
