The Central Communications Team needs to identify target audiences in six core groups at the European level, while Liaison Officers will identify targets at the national/regional level and report this information to the Communications Officer. Liaison Officers are located with project partners and occasionally in important communications hubs like Brussels. The Communications Officer is responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders, representing the project, creating and managing online content and social media, organizing events, and measuring the effectiveness of communications activities. Information is disseminated from the Communications Officer to Liaison Officers and back via regular updates on completed and upcoming communications work.
