Riboflavin (B2) is a yellowish-green fluorescent compound that is water soluble and derived from ribose sugar. It is involved in many oxidation-reduction reactions as part of the coenzymes FMN and FAD. Good dietary sources include plant foods like rice, pulses, and green vegetables, as well as animal foods like liver, eggs, and milk. Riboflavin deficiency can cause cracks at the corners of the mouth, a smooth purple tongue, scaly skin rashes, and corneal vascularization of the eyes.
Vitamin e
Vitamin E was discovered in 1922 by Herbert Evans and Katherine Bishop. It acts as an antioxidant in the body and is important for immune and cell functions. Deficiency can cause anemia, poor balance, and muscle weakness. Symptoms of deficiency include shaky movements, aging spots on the skin, and sight problems. Deficiency is rare and mainly affects those over 55 years old in the U.S. Deficiency can be treated with a balanced diet, weekly injections, or supplements and resolved within a few weeks in children. Current research is exploring vitamin E's potential role in memory disorders and the elderly.

VITAMIN B3 NIACIN MUHAMMAD MUSTANSAR
Niacin, also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinic acid, is essential for metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. It has two active forms, NAD+ and NADP+, which serve as coenzymes in various oxidation-reduction reactions in the electron transport chain. A deficiency in niacin can cause pellagra, known as the "3D disease" as it results in dermatitis, dementia, and diarrhea. It can also cause gingivitis, stomatitis, fatty liver, and affect plasma lipids. Rich dietary sources include liver, kidney, meat, fish, legumes, nuts, green vegetables, coffee, and tea.
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is an essential vitamin that plays a key role in many metabolic processes in the body. It is found in a variety of foods like meat, fish, eggs, nuts, and whole grains. A deficiency in niacin can cause pellagra, with symptoms of dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia, and even death. Treatment involves increasing dietary intake of niacin through foods or supplements. Maintaining a balanced diet with adequate protein and B vitamins can help prevent niacin deficiency diseases.

Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) is the most common vasculitis in children that causes a rash, joint pain, abdominal pain, and kidney inflammation. It is considered a type of IgA nephropathy with extrarenal symptoms. HSP typically affects young children and has a classic presentation of purpura rash, abdominal pain, and arthritis. It can involve the skin, joints, gastrointestinal tract, and kidneys. Treatment focuses on managing symptoms, with steroids sometimes used for severe or persistent cases to help prevent long-term kidney damage.
