2. ABSTRACT
Scrolling display board is a common sight today. The use of led scrolling display board at big shops, shopping centers,
railway station, bus stands and educational institutions are becoming an effective mode of communication in
providing information to the people. But the Display Board cannot be placed anywhere because of complex and
delicate wiring.
The aim of the project is to design a wireless information transfer to an electronic notice board. It is used to
transfer the message to required place without using a direct wired connection to the display board. So as to transmit
the message RF control system is the technique used as it is optimum system both economically and in range of
usage. This is designed to provide the flexibility to the user to pass the message.
The wireless system using RF needs two modules priory. They are: TRANSMITTER and RECEIVER modules. The
Transmitter section consists of PC OR LAPTOP, Arduino uno board, and a RF transmitter. Arduino is used to control
the transmitter section and perform the transmission. In the similar way to the transmission there is also Receiver
section. This is the inverse operation to transmitter where we display the message transmitted by transmitter using a
LCD display or a DOT matrix display unit is required along with a Arduino.

3. Why electronic notice board???
• To reduce the human efforts
• Multiple tasking
• To minimize the time factor
• Easy to upgrade

6. Operation Of the Wireless notice board
Dump the program to the Arduino UNO, and interface the Arduino board to
the circuit designed. Once the circuit is complete then we connect the pc to the
Kit with the help of the serial slot and through a serial monitor we give the Text
message to the transmission section then the digital data is converted to the
analog and transmitted.
Then the receiver section will receive the analog data and convert it to
digital form and display the text in the Display LCD 16X2 as provided.
