• Leading the Team HR at World Biggest Solar Plant Sites in Tamilnadu . Handled entire Gamut
of HR successfully and created history making World Biggest Solar Plants in 2016 Commissioned
plants within 10 months time by engaging 400 employees and 8000 Contract employees.
• Great Place Work for Mundra Power Plant , OD Intervention introduced and got the prestigious
Awards for entire Power Group in Sept 2015 for other Plants also.
• Special Meritorious Awards designed , developed and delivered and submitted to Mgmt and
implemented the same in 2015. Awards given to 25 meritorious employees for the First time in the
Group .
• Talent Management drive initiated at Mundra and filled up all 108 odd vacancies in 2015-16-.
• E- Vidyalaya ,e learning initiative successfully handled in 2015 , more than 110 employees got
certificates thru e- learning courses of Management.
• Outsourcing of employees handled very effectively in Project Site in 2016 and Mundra DM Plant
in 2015 at Solar Plant Site TN. Engaged more than 400 OS employees . Saved crores on account of
permanent nature of jobs for the First Time in the Group.
• Statutory compliance , getting the re- certification of License of HVDC Units of Mundra Plant with
196 change plans of Factories layout.
• Received Registration Certificates of 5 Plants, PF, Professional Taxes within record time including
the Factories License from Jt Director – Industrial Safety and Health in Tamilnadu .
• CSR activities handled to manage the boundaries of solar site of 12 villages , acknowledged
villagers , Gram Panchayat , School Students , which was filmed by National Geographic Channel ,
New Delhi while a documentary Film on Making of Mega Structure.

years in OIL, Gas and now in Power Sector , well supported by professional degree of MBA-HR ( Full
time of 2 years from XISS, Ranchi with same Board of Governance of XLRI , Jamshedpur).

to achieve professional and Organizational ’s excellence . I have been working with Energy Sector in
