Implementing Employee Performance Management system for CEDA – Innolead Consulting
The purpose of this project was to allow CEDA to be able to upload Employee Performance contracts and appraise
employees in a simplified way. I was involved in Implementing a Strategy and Performance monitoring tool called
Scientrix. The implementation included customizing to user requirements, aligning the system to company Strategic
outcomes, cascading to different levels and training users.
Debswana Orapa, Letlhakane Damtshaa Mine (OLDM) Records – Innolead Consulting
The purpose of this project was to provide a records management system to help in archiving and retrieving mine
records. I was involved in the system design and implementation with the help of “The Document Warehouse“
(South African Records Company).
Intelligent Governance Ever Audit Ready (IGEAR) – Standard Chartered Bank
The purpose of this project was to re-engineer all lending processes to adopt a paperless approach. I was involved
throughout the project including drafting the process models, mapping all the processes and reengineering the
processes. I attended weekly project meetings and updated management on project progress and scope. I trained
and supported users on the use of the IGEAR platform (eOPS).
Cheque Imaging Truncation System (CITS) – Standard Chartered Bank
This was a regulatory project from the central bank for all banks to adopt image based clearing. I was actively
involved in this project and was part of the project steering committee. Was in charge of the project Administration
including writing the initial Project Approval Document (PAR). The CITS project was across all banks and I had the
opportunity to know how processes in other banks work.
Windows 7 Rollout - Botswana– Standard Chartered Bank
Was in charge of the Windows 7 testing and rollout throughout all SCB branches and offices in Botswana. The scope
of the project included different Windows 7 Builds (Bronze, Silver and Gold) across all the banks application and
decommission unnecessary applications. I had a team of three engineers who I was responsible to manage and
supervise.
Develop the E Learning Portal– Standard Chartered Bank
Programmed an e-learning Intranet site which was used by all bank employees in Botswana. This site came as a
business request from the Learning & Talent development department. The site was developed using PHP & MySQL.
The site later became an alternate to the newly introduced SABBA learning environment.

rollout Champion in Africa. Successful roll out on all SCB Botswana Computers.
