 Driving operational improvements, maximising the value of the asset base while ensuring a tight control on operational
costs. Responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of performance and quality within the operation
M ajor responsibilities handled were:
 Managing the team of 17 to handle Network Infrastructure Operation and Security Operations team.
 Responsible for appraisal for the team with maintaining Internal and External Governance Model and Independent
Assessment, Self-Assessment audit.
 Responsible for delivery of level 3 engineering team for Application Support where the Applications range from nearly 70
to 10 Applications on different platforms e.g – HPUX, LINUX, Windows, Solaris.

delivers the data, broadband and voice services to each home and business throughout the UK. The company had to
implement Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement and Spend, HR modules of BI apps to help better organize and quick
decision making. The goal of the project was to upgrade the existing functionality with the new OBIEE 11g capabilities
and also developing new functionality in addition to the existing one.
 A Business Intelligence Competency Centre is a centre of excellence where best practice is promoted by a team made up
of IT and Business Specialists.
 The Oracle Business Intelligence Team seeks to secure and exploit a robust, strategic, consistent data source using enterprise
tools, in a cost effective way.
 Expert in configuring and managing OBI Server, Oracle BI Answers and Dashboards; iBots, Publisher, OBIEE plug-ins, BI
Publisher and configuration of Analytics Metadata objects
M ajor responsibilities handled were:

 Summary : NCBC is a leading investment banking house in Saudi Arabia. NCBC offers our corporate clients
Investment Banking services, Brokerage services, Asset Management and solutions. Our role was to prepare the custom
reports for senior management using Oracle Business Intelligence tool and Administration.
Core responsibility
 Took over the main responsibility to develop a new Life Cycle Project and worked through various phases such as
Requirements gathering, Design, Development and Testing and successfully deployed the developments to Production
 Involved in meetings with the Business Partners, Business Users and gathered the Business Requirements and documented
them in a systematic manner (BRD), also discussed the technical feasibility and the system requirements for the new
developments such as the creation of any new database tables or about using the existing tables and Schemas etc
M ajor responsibilities handled were:
 Developed the new metadata definitions, new Subject areas in the Siebel Analytics Repository which involved working
with the Physical, Business Model and Mapping and Presentation Layers ofthe Repository
 Configured dimensional hierarchy and implemented them in the appropriate reports
 Configured Aggregate tables in order to use them in the applicable reports
 Created reports in the Siebel Answers and configured the results in different views such as Table view, Pivot table view,
Chart view, Funnel view, Narrative view etc based on the requirement
 Created Dashboard Prompts, Intelligence Dashboards to accommodate the reports that are built in Answers
 Installed and configured the Siebel Analytics Server
 Created complex reports to meet the business requirements from United States and Europe simultaneously in a single
report
 Modified the existing reports with necessary configuration changes in frond end as well as in the back end (.rpd)
 Customized .rpd to extract more business functionality from the existing Out-of-box configurations
 Tested the reports and worked closely with the UAT testers to figure out the modifications if any are required and
worked out on them to get the final sign-off from the Business partners
 Migrated the approved developments (Webcat, .rpd) from the Test environment to the Production environment using
the catalog manager
 Managed security of users and groups in the repository
 Dealt with the performance issues by Tuning the queries for the reports which are running at significantly higher time
periods.

Application : Clear Vision, Hermes, Rolf & Nolan, OM Secure
Duration : June 2004-May 2008.
Summary : Almost 2 years of experience in a banking and capital markets domain. In one of the major global
Investment bank working as Senior Futures & Options Trade clearing Analyst Actively involved in DBGES (Bank Global
Exchange Services) Futures & options Trade clearing operation migration and knowledge transfer project and participated in
the transition team. Actively participate in the team for design and operation flow to ensure smooth transition over the
period of 9 months at Sydney (Australia) facilities. Design SOP (Standard operating procedure) and DBOP (Detailed Business
operating Procedure) for trade clearing process and got authorization at on-site.
M ajor responsibilities handled were
 Teamed up with 4 to form the MIS(Management Information System) team, where I tract daily volumes of all teams
(GES Sydney) track the number of violation and breaches on a daily basis and prepare weekly presentation on Sydney
Hub performances to clients.
 Was part of complete off shoring process starting from designing process maps by interacting SMEs (Subject matter
experts), workflow management, Preparing DBOPs/SOPs
 Was part of process stabilization after off shoring the process, by having series of parallel run to ensure removal of
concerns which would factor into deviation from customer expectation and further to any breaches
 As a senior member of the team, was responsible for monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying

The company had to implement Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement and Spend, HR modules of BI apps to help better organize and quick decision making.
