 Core responsibilities include ensuring defect less schedule as forecasted by the business on a
daily basis
 Handling multiple teams of 30 associates each with overall span size of 90 FTEs and 3
assistant managers reporting directly
 Strive for Innovations & projects through Six sigma tools
 Building a strong competent team to meet Business goals month after month. This is done
by effective one on one interaction with the team members and setting realistic targets for
all associates, which in turn contribute towards the organizational goal
 Handle daily reports to provide information to the management and the client about the
volumes, Production tracker and key LOB escalation’s.
 Conduct Root cause analysis and Provide Remedial plans for all LOBs
 Quality Implementation – 5Y Analysis & remedial plans, adhere to SOPs, liaison with
onshore team for process implementation
 Create weekly Dashboards which provide Inventory volume and trend analysis to the higher
management.
 Ensuring the Quality, TAT & Productivity SLA’s are met as per client requirement across
all Line of Businesses
 Responsible for Conducting & driving Management Trainee workshop for the aspiring
associates to become Team Leaders
 Leading Rewards and Recognitions team which is responsible for associate satisfaction &
recognition for their outstanding services, conducting associate engagement activities (like
Town halls, Friday Fun etc.)
 Prepare Weekly Attrition Dashboards & Billing Files (Paid Hrs.) for the entire Directorial
span and ensuring to report out any Discrepancies in Billing file to Onshore
 Part of the weekend hiring wherein keeping a keen eye for detail to ensure right associates
are hired on par with business needs.
 Engaging in various planning and forecasting exercises at Span level along with Revenue
leakage & buffer requirements
