Single Management representative during acquisition due diligence; compiled the prospective, presented
and defended 5 year sales and gross margin plan, 5 Year projected P&L, engineering technology
advancement and development, operations and quality structure and future support plans.
Duties include general management and sales responsibility for $10 million manufacturer and designer of
aerospace, space and medical components. Management responsibilities include, Profit &Loss Statement,
sales, engineering, operations and reporting to the Board of Directors quarterly. In 2011 achieved a 30%
increase in sales from the prior year. Developed and implemented a 5-year strategic plan in 2009 to initiate
aggressive growth. Recognized the company’s traditional military spares market were declining
implemented an aggressive sales/engineering/operations strategy to attract new business which over 18

(approximately $2,000,000 per year). Duties include general management with an emphasis on sales and

Vice President of Engineering
Managed an engineering department providing engineering support for Aerospace, Space and Medical
market segments. Duties included developing and maintaining a responsive engineering team, customer
technical interface for new and existing products, strategic marketing, chairing the new product development
committee, creating and maintaining a certified ISO9001-2000 and AS9100A engineering compliant design
system, new program technical proposals, program management, and lead aerospace failure analysis and
corrective action teams.

units resulting in a 6% increase in gross margin, 20% increase in sales with reduced inventory. Expanded
and managed distribution of commercial products by developing new sales channels (manufacturing
