Surface Wellhead Engineer - SLB 01/2022 – Present
 Preparing drawings, information and documentation which meets SLB engineering standards to enable the
manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market the Company product.
 Carrying out design and development work to meet costumers and/or the industry's need.
 Be familiar with company products, design principles, manufacturing techniques.
 Perform design calculation for new product design of Wellhead, Christmas tree and other drill through equipment
accordance with international standards such as API, ASME & ISO.
 Disposition any non-conformance reports (NCR) from QC on equipment manufactured in-house or by vendors.
 Support the Aftermarket Department via reviewing and dispositioning Repair Goods Request (RGR) to
refurbish/repair used equipment.
 Ensured to achieve 0% non-conformance in design, drafting work & product due to engineering error.
 Provide operation support on design technical of product (Wellheads & Xmas Tree)
Project Involvement
1) Chevron, Thailand – Under Rig Floor Logging (URFL)
 Design for offline platform logging wellhead equipment
 Designed contingency land off mandrel in production casing hanger in the event of wireline breakage.
 Lead on stack up test (SUT) for URFL equipment
2) Premier Oil Vietnam – Workover
 Design Jacking tool for installing the MTM seal.
3) PDO OMAN – BRNW-29, BRNW-31 & BRNW-35
 Design Add-on Spool and Tubing hanger for HH trim and X temperature rating.
4) Sarawak Shell Berhad – SELASIH, F22, F27
 Design Wellhead System with single stage compact wellhead which allows DDV hanger to land and
subsequently completed with tubing hanger.
 Make design improvement in debris tolerance.
 Design wire rope brushing tool for washing breech connection prior to DDV hanger retrieval.

2. Design Engineer – Solar Alert Sdn. Bhd. 12/2018 – 12/2021
 Tasked in overall responsibilities of manufacturing from design and development stages and reviewing
engineering standards to equipment installation until commissioning of offshore and onshore Wellhead,
Christmas Tree, and other drill through equipment accordance with international standards API 6A, API 16A, API
17D, ASME & ISO.
 Conduct design development planning. Estimating time of completion by considered the nature, duration and
complexity of the design and development process.
 Perform design calculation and validation test for new product design of Wellhead, Christmas tree and other
drill through equipment accordance with international standards such as API, ASME & ISO.
 Ensured to achieve 0% non-conformance in design, drafting work & product due to engineering error.
 Disposition any non-conformance report (NCR) from QC department on the equipment manufactured in-house
or by vendor.
 Perform 3D modelling of product & run simulation stress analysis or finite element analysis (FEA) on 3D model
using Autodesk Inventor.

 Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for wellhead equipment.
2) PTTEP, Lang Lebah
 Assist Senior Engineer on designing mandrel hanger with high strength load shoulder.
 Support operation for any technical inquiries.
 10 Feb 2021, PTTEP confirms its largest-ever gas discovery with Lang Lebah appraisal well offshore Malaysia.

 Assist Senior Engineer on designing Wellhead System with DDV hanger.
 Support operation for any technical inquiries.
4) PTTEP, Dokong-1
 Design wellhead system for exploration well.
 Lead FAT for all wellhead equipment
 Provide operation support on technical inquiries.
 0 NPT during wellhead installation and drilling operation.
 February 24, 2021 – PTTEP, announced a successful gas discovery exploration well, Dokong-1 in Block SK417,
off the coast of Sarawak offshore. The well was drilled to a total depth of 3,810 meters and encountered
more than 80 meters of gas column.
