Galvanized steel & M.S. wire, Tyre Bead wire, various types of wire ropes like General engineering wire rope,

 Project Management:
Currently Responsible for Planning and Execution of Assembly Processes, Layout, Facilities,
Tools, Logistics and Manpower to make green field in to floor for manufacturing of wire &
wire rope to the required quality and at required cycle time.
Installation of Machines: Wire Drawing Machines, Stranding Machines, Closing Machines,
Testing Machines. –Mechanical & Civil activities.
Preparing a proper plan and setting the accurate timing for installation of a project.
 Daily to daily planning of project execution like Machine Erection, Pipe line
erection, Crane structure Erection, & Fabrication works.
Preparation of PNID (for Hydraulic & Pneumatics).

 Design & Development:
Design stranding machine 6 bobbin x 315 & 18 bobbin x 315.
Design a Tilter for DIN 1000 bobbin of weight 2T.
Design Collapsible & Z2 bobbin of DIN 1000, DIN 1120, DIN 760 & DIN 450.
Design of crane structure or 1T & 2 T crane.

well as for its application.
Design of rope & strand making tools like Pre-form head, Post-form-head, Dies etc.
 Plant Maintenance & Development:
Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of machines (Batch pickling line, wire drawing
machines, Galvanizing line, wet machines, stranding machines, Rope closing machines, continuous casting
machines for copper rod i.e. Up caster, Continuous extrusion machine, Hydraulic drawing machine i.e.
draw bench for various copper profiles, Copper foil machines, Copper annealing furnace etc).
Overhauling & Refurbishing of the old Machines: Wire Drawing Machines, Stranding
Machines & Closing Machines
Machine wise preventive maintenance/repairs/replacements planning for maximizing production.
Man power allocation.
Conduct Root cause analysis of recurring problems and initiate corrective actions.
 Productivity :
Smooth operation of plants i.e. Zero break down.
Ensure safety at the working place i.e. Zero accident.
Study & improvement of OEE for the critical equipments. i.e. to increase productivity.
 Cost Reduction & Value Optimization:
Process optimization and modification through continuous improvement process i.e. for energy saving &
getting better efficiency.
To monitor maintenance cost of each equipment and reduction through indigenous development of spares,
design improvement and vendor development.
 Training :
Preparation & execution of technical training programs and OPL for the subordinates.
 Improvements :
Continuous improvements of process line and machine efficiency through various kaizens, implementation
of 5S and TPM.
Improve process or product quality/new requirements by working with CFTs.
 Engineering Budget & Spares Management:
Provide inputs for preparation of operating expenses budget.
Estimation & planning of engineering spares, consumables & services.
Provide technical support to Engineering stores.
Coordinate with vendors & technical support to Purchase department for procurement of Engineering items.
Inspection of incoming engineering items.
Optimize/Standardization of spares / consumables to reduce inventory.

3.  Green field project: Installation and commissioning of 52 acre land from initial to final, fully automation
plant set up of Batch Pickling line (DRT ITALY), Galvanizing line (FIB BELGIUM & M+E ITALY), Wire
mills line (Mario Frigerio/ Swaraj Techno craft INDORE), Tyre Bead line (SIRIO WIRE ITALY and M+E
Italy), wet machine (Haedong Korea / M+E Italy), Machine shop and various other machines of wire
manufacturing, Rope Plant Stranding & Closing machine (Cortinovies Italy, Ajin Korea, Kite China, Sket
German).
 Various other machineries and utility installation and commissioning such as overhead cranes, diversion line
for Black wire, Cooling tower, DG’s set, Nitrogen plant, HWG, Chiller, LNG, Compressors, ETP, soft water
plant, DM water plant, RO plant, acid regeneration plant, Fire hydrant system, etc.
