(Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, columns, structural steels, Valves, Pumps, skid package, piping
materials, items etc.)
• Review of WPS, PQR & Welders Qualification as per ASME code and project specification.
• Raw material inspection, review of requisition and mill test certificate
• Welder Qualification test and Monitoring of welders performance
• Reviewing the supplier's NDT procedures, Hydro static test, PWHT procedure, FAT procedures and
PMI procedures as per code and project specification
• Perform inspection activities like witnessing stage wise inspection as per approved procedure &
standards (Pressure vessels, Valves, Fittings, Pumps & Pipes etc…)
• Co ordinate with suppler and client for Pre inspection meetings and inspection activities as required by
approved ITP..
• Witness Non destructive examination (PT, MT & UT) as per ASME Sec.V, Sec. VIII & Sec. IX standards.
• Radiographic interpretation, review and signing of NDT, PWHT and inspection release reports.

3. • Prepare weld maps for modified lines. Prepare punch list before releasing line of hydro test. Witness
hydro, pneumatic and service tests.
• Prepare test packages, witness during welding. Review isometric drawings, Inspect welding on
fabricated column, Beams, Gusset plates, ladders, handrails, pipe supports, pipe spools, etc.
• Liaise with client while witness the Hydro test and Pneumatic tests. Turn over final documents in Piping,
Painting, Structural and Test packages to client.
• Witness the dimensional check on length, ID of pipe after cladding, beveling, pigging, thickness of
cladding, PAMI of cladding
NDT:
• Reviewing and amending NDT procedures (UT, RT, PT, MT, Hardness, and PMI) received from
subcontractors and submit to client for approval.
• Supervise NDT and PWHT activities. Review and sign NDT reports (RT, UT, PT, MT, PMI, PWHT,
Hardness, SLOWFEC, MFL). Assign work to NDT crew to carryout welding as per the request. Maintain
status of NDT consumable required for NDT team. Prepare test reports, submitted to Client for
Signature. Monitor PMI on stainless steels.
• Interpret RT films. Liaise with Client for film interpretation.
MATERIAL INSPECTION:
• Review Material requisitions, vendor purchase orders, Technical bid evolutions, Project specifications,
Data sheets etc. . . . Inspect incoming materials as per drawing. Review MTC and verify material
traceability of equipment, construction materials, and calibration certificates.
VENDOR INSPECTION
• Shop floor & final inspection of the static equipments like Pressure vessels, process
columns, heat exchangers etc
• Inspection of various materials such as CS, LTCS, SS, DSS, Austenitic Steel.
• Review Mill test certificates, Qualification of welding procedures (WPS / PQR).
• Witness mechanical tests related to PQR, PTP and Welder Qualification.
