Piping Inspection:
• Review piping standard procedure and specification refer from

2. • Review welding standards procedure and specification as per Saudi
Aramco Engineering standard and other international standard( SAES
W12,W11).

violation and raised NCR or surveillance report.

for construction drawing.

• Check fit-up, gap, bevel,angle preparation and overlap using HI-LO
gauge.
• Carry out visual inspection on all flange face valve separation if no
damage and verify all permanent gasket bolts and nuts prior for bolt
torque as per drawing.
• Conduct inspection of all pipe support using correct material and follow
support detail drawing dimensioning
• Carry out line checking and record punch list items prior to pressure
testing with main contractor and client.
• Prepare and review test packages for closing all punch list item category
“A” prior to hydro test pneumatic test and visual test.
• Witness all lines of internal cleaning and air blowing.

prior to signing approval.
