  33    years direct comprehensive working experience in mainly Engineering Sectors such as :
  Marketing - Metallic Flexible hoses for boilers technologies from Aeroequip UK In western India.
  Marketing pre-laminated board for civil projects in western part of India with technologies from Fahmi Switzerland successfully
  organized marketing network in the Gujarat region with establishment of project selling distribution agencies and direct selling agency
  networks.
  At ELECON Tender and Contract execution for Mechanical Conveyors while at ELECON for handling Iron ore & Cement plant
  machineries technologies from PHB Wesserhutte Germany, O&K Mann Germany, Krupp, Aubema Germany etc. Major Project
  contracts executed for NLC II mine expansion at South India for lignite based Power plant with 24 kms long distance conveyors
  (25,000 MT) without levy of liquidated damages and Second project at Thailand based Electricity Generation Authority (EGAT) for
  10000 MT with no liquidated damages in record time with appreciation from project team and directors for successful
  accomplishments. For Thailand based project contract received excellent support from P&O lines Tokyo to carry 480 containers at
  discounted rates which was negotiated by me and approved by management. Worked with team specialist from Thailand, Germany,
  India, UAE UK Japan etc. received awards and certificates.
  Marketing of ceramic tiles for projects in UAE – successfully handled all operations with Arabian companies.
  At LINDE Contracting for Oil& gas for LINDE AG group co.in India and other parts for Basic engineering, Detail Engineering, Supply,
  Erection and Commissioning project supply and services for Air separation Plants, Nitrogen Plants, Hydrogen facility for refineries.
  Executed major contract for RELIANCE Jamnagar in India ( India’s largest refinery) completely executed job in 18 months time right
  from establishment of site to site closure. Also shared responsibility for Project procurements for Pumps, Piping, Flanges, Valves,
  Gaskets, hoses, Vessels, Scrubbers, gratings, hand railings, catalyst, consumables, Electrical items like Cables, Motors, Switchgears,
  Panel boards, junction boxes, glands, Transformers, HVAC equipments etc. Successfully handled 480 purchase MTO items with team
  of two engineers and one assistant. Received appreciations from Management.
  While at HSE, Contracting for Fire Fighting equipment and systems for Oil & Gas Refineries in India specially for Engineering Supply,
  Erection and Commissioning of systems over Oil tanks and other Refinery vessels. Successfully handled the contracting position and
  for recoveries of all claims and dues.
  At VEOLIA WATER was involved in structuring contract function in the organization in first place. Later was involved in Tendering
  and Contract and Purchase execution of DIAL Project for NEW DELHI AIRPORT developed by GMR group in INDIA for water
  treatment project and related scope as well as project claims settlement issue for appx. through Arbitration process and or amicable
  settlement mode. Supported technical functrions like Projects, Purchase, civil, Mechanical, Electrical decipline for effective contracting

 Amicably settled claims from SIDEM of VEOLIA france on DVWS for over 5.2 million USD by reducing the same to mere 0.02

 Exclusively handled purchase of Capital purchase of Vermeer make Trenchers (second hand and used) for DVWS

 CIVIL WORK SUBCONTRACTING :
