weigh bridge.
Responsibilities: Design basis, Budgeting, Detailed engineering, Procurement, construction and hand over
to O&M.
Commissioning schedule: 31st May 2016.
Previous Project-I: Ethylene loading facilities at Dahej. Ethylene to be used as refrigerant for
compressors of Px plant at Jamnagar. Since RIL Dahej plant is producing Ethylene, facilities required for
loading of ethylene road tankers are built in DMD during this project.
Responsibilities: Design basis, Budgeting, Detailed engineering, Procurement, construction and hand over
to O&M.
Previous Project-II: Project management for Off-site and Utilities required for PTA, PET, PSF plants at
Dahej.
Facilities includes storage tanks for Paraxylene, Acetic Acid, MEG, Caustic, Methanol, Mother
liquor, Transfer pumps, Pipeline from Jetty till tanks, inter connecting Piping between tanks and
plants, Piping between Utility generation plant and process plants, Pipe racks / Sleepers .
Tie-ins (shut down-180 nos and hot tap-30 nos) with existing systems.
PTA ware house, substations, control rooms and other Non-plant buildings.
Responsible for release of engineering deliverables required for procurement and construction,
like Data sheets, MRQ, TBE,MRP, Vendor drawing review, Process design basis, PFD, SS, P&ID,
Hazop, Piping GA, ISO, 3D Modeling, model review for all diciplines

Responsibilities: Preparation of project scope document, Design basis documents, Execution plan,

Previous Project-IV : Jamnagar Export Refinery Project (Alkylation plant). Duration: January 2006 to
September 2009.
Responsibilities: Project management for Alkylation plant. Responsible for release of engineering
deliverables like Data sheets, MRQ, TBE,MRP, Vendor drawing review, Process design basis, PFD, SS,
P&ID, Hazop, Piping GA, ISO, 3D Modeling, model review, procurement & construction drawings for
civil/electrical/instrumentation, commissioning activities. Was located in M/s Bechtel office London for
two years (2006 & 2007) to co-ordinate procurement and engineering activities pertaining to equipment
including Alkylation reactors, settlers, DIB columns, exchangers, vessels and all internals pertaining to
refinery columns.
Previous Project- V: Petroleum Refinery project at Jamnagar (RILs first petroleum refinery). Duration:
December 1997 to Dec 2005.
Scope: Tankage and piping facilities inside Marine Tank Farm (MTF) of RIL’s first petroleum refinery.
Includes crude and product tanks, connected piping and one (4 KM X 20” dia) multi product pipeline from
tank farm to jetty.
Primary responsibilities:
(1) Quality management: Ensure implementation of project specifications, standards and procedures.
(2) Ensure latest P&IDs, drawings are followed during construction of facilities.
