JOB PROFILE
 I have more than 17 years of experience in Plant Management &
Manufacturing Operations and presently managing all the operational functions
(purchasing, finance, quality control, materials management and
customer & suppliers management) at Superhouse Ltd. I have extensive
experience in managing factory operations, instructing teams and directing systems
implementation to support operations of unit.
 I have achieved consistent success in revenue enhancement, cost reduction,
productivity improvement and meeting delivery goals with my hard work
and passion for the manufacturing processes. I have able to guide and lead teams of
technicians and workers in design, development and delivery of quality finished
products through my analysis, trouble-shooting & communication skills
 I have always achieved target of production and maintained overheads & cost of
production by maximising resources utilization and continuously

Roles & Responsibilities – Superhouse Ltd.
 Heading Operations of plant with direct reporting to the CMD
 Responsible for meeting out all the buyer’s social audit compliance ,
( labour , health & safety , environmental compliance) , c-tpat audit
compliance (security compliance )
 Responsible for coordinating with merchants for the flawless order completion,
and future business development
 Managing the account and finance matters by monitoring and maintaining the
financial health of the units within defined policies, guidelines and budgets and all
applicable regulatory requirements
 Handling end to end purchases along with develop new vendors/suppliers and get
the best price through continuous negotiations
 Controlling the expenditures within the authorized budgets, monitor and assess
risks to the company, ensures that effective internal controls and management
information systems are in place, communicate effectively with employees.
 Responsible for the maintenance for whole factory, annual maintenance
contracts and services system up gradation
 Heading the administration department looking after issues that includes
housekeeping, security, liaison with various government departments, HR
department etc.
 MIS reporting to top management on a periodic basis

SELECT ACHIVEMENTS
I have successfully undertaken multiple improvements drives in under-performing areas
including product delivery, inventory control and team output. Some of the select
achievements that I have accomplished in my factory operations are as highlighted below:
 Operations Reengineering – Increased gross profit margins by 15% by restructuring
organisation through root cause analysis, process management and Just in Time (JIT)
initiatives. Reduced manufacturing costs by 20% through localisation of various
components. Successfully increased capacity utilization by 35% within 9 months,
restructured new assembly lines and earned the reputation of zero defect suppliers from
the customers.
 Performance Improvement – Improved on-time delivery from 45% to 95% within 2
years by implementing project planning methodology based on service level agreements,
quality and customer satisfaction goals. Developed flexi hiring methodology to easily
ramp up or ramp down manufacturing capacity. Restructured the order release scheme
to conform to the demand schedule.
 Process Enhancement – Reduced inventory surplus by 50% by implementing
demand based planning process and increased manufacturing capacity by 120% through
introduction of fully operational second and third shifts. Designed a manufacturing
optimization methodology that increased productivity by 20% and increased units per
person/per day (UPPD) from 250 to 300
 Sales Growth – I have played a pivotal role in increasing the sales twenty times from 5
Lakhs INR to 1 Crore INR in a 5 year time frame through effective marketing, sales &
operation management strategies. I was able to increase the customer base by five times
and become one the leading manufacturer in the shoe heel component category.
 New Product Development – Led teams of technicians in design and development of
more than 800 different types of shoe heels and soles (with investments of more than 3
Crore INR) with each type requiring designing of new die, developing a new injection
mould, reworking the manufacturing process and producing the new product.
 New Process Development – I have conceptualised, designed & manufactured
through pad printing process including Designing artworks of Tampographic designs,
Making of pads, Making of Zig fixtures as per the products, Making of printing plates and
Customized alteration of pad printing machines as per requirement of the products.

 Recognised by then President of India, Smt. Pratibha Patil at an event organised
by Indian Ambassador to Brazil, Mr. Hardeep Singh Puri in 2008
