 Set up new Production line for Light fittings manufacturing to M/s IKEA-Sweden.
 Designed assembly fixtures, manual conveyor for light fitting assembly.
 Set up new painting shop for IKEA light fittings painting.
 In lighting assembly one cable -tie dia was the problem to increase the productivity. The same is replaced
by thread by then the productivity is increased by 100%. And the cost also reduced considerably .For any
change is made in the product need to get approval from IKEA Sweden.
 Located and developed vendors for phospating, cromatising.

 Re-engineering done to reduced the cost of the product.
 Designed painting jigs for light fitting parts painting to ease painting operation, time saving, cost saving.
III. In Motor Line
 Eliminated motor spark a defect contributes 10% rejection in assembly line.
 Introduced cooling fan balancing to reduce vibration rejection in bye –pass motors.
 Studied and established running time for each category of motors- to save power and increased
productivity.
 Designed and implemented routing cards in motor process to get to know trace ability& test status.
 Validated the KEY PROCESS (Special Process). Fixed the parameters and control plan established.
 FMEA done for Mico armature & stator.
IV. In Vacuum Cleaner Production Line
 Retrained the operators for complete assembly of Vacuum cleaners due to change in system of Assembly.
 Studied and implemented conveyorised packing System for vacuums cleaner packing.
 Studied the cause of breakage of handle frame A-value molded plastic part and corrected the Causes and
reduced the same.
 ISO system internal auditor.
