3) Review and track proper segregation/coding/marking/stacking/packing as per schedule and norms Monitor and ensure
loading of finished goods into container and ensure no leakage.
Capacity Building:-

productivity, reducing waste and increasing efficiency. Calculated and improved manpower output, removing wasteful

maintenance practices. Commissioned a core making machine and restarted a facial tissue machine, a carton packing
machine and toilet roll wrapping machine.
3) AlMulla Converting Industries, Fujairah, UAE as Factory Operations/Production Manager 06/2014 to 10/2014:
Responsible for factory Maintenance, Production and Quality, Safety as well as both material and Engineering stores
with 3 department heads, 5 supervisors, maintenance technicians and over 80 operators.
Set up a jumbo roll converting machine, toilet roll packing machine, core making machine, and started two long stopped
napkin manufacturing and packing machines at full capacity. Installed a 110 HP compressor and reduced air leakage.
Appraised maintenance techniques and set up quality management as well as preventive maintenance techniques. Set
up factory cleanliness protocols. Initiated and completed negotiation for aluminium foil converting machine and facial
tissue packing machine. Had to leave because of some family problem and come back to India.
4) ITC (Indian Tobacco Company limited) as Assistant Operations/Production Manager 05/2012 to 05/2014. Was jointly
handling all operations of cigarette tissue converting factory with 3 engineers, 9 supervisors 113 operators and several

completion of six sigma project and a huge cost cutting of Rs.1.2 LPM as well as overall upgradation of the plant.

in-charge/ coach of facial tissue converting and handling production plus maintenance. Leading a team of almost 120

machines, launching of new products and product lines.
