1. Christopher Page recently completed his
Apprenticeship in Business Administration
at Mears Group.
My apprenticeship with Mears
Group helped build on the skills and
qualities I had developed from
previous work experience and
education. Initially my
apprenticeship consisted of basic
administration duties and organising
the national Change Club meetings.
As I learnt the business and picked
up further job knowledge more work
opportunities came my way these
included producing graphics,
managing the Customer Success
Team group communications and
building the Customer Insight &
Performance reports.
The opportunity with Mears helped
get my foot in the door with a
sustainable and successful
business. On completion of my
apprenticeship I progressed into the
permanent role of Customer
Success Adviser, thanks to my
apprenticeship I am now looking
forward to an exciting career.
