Senior Project Engineer on constructing Levees, Floodwalls and Logistics for the Hurricane Protection Office
(HPO) in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. The project was Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and fixed price, for
constructing T-walls on eight miles of reconstructed levee. Was also over a new levee and sector gate project
