Millennium Pipeline - Supervised field and office data techs for all phases of the project. Completed QA/QC effort over all phases to the final client GIS new construction deliverable for the on-land portion of the project, which was approximately 200 Miles. Supervised As-Built drawing functions. Problem solved daya to day issues and prepared the data for the GIS data load. Colonial Excel - Responsible for all field and office GIS techs for the preliminary survey phase of the project. Responsible for data management, custom procedure development and problem solving for issues arising from the 450 mile project. - 5. 5 of 5 07/08/2016 Brad_Res_2(2).doc I have spent my time since 1999 researching and programming ways to streamline survey data processing from the stage of collection to the stage of drawing completion; through programming feature code libraries, in Trimble Geomatics and Inroads I have been able to make the process much more efficient and cost affective. Since the Gulfstream project completion in 2003 I have worked as a Survey Data Technician Coordinator on countless projects, learning new ways to take the information collected in the field and use the data for GIS tables, station and offset reports, traverse reports, DOT reports, X-ray reports, as-built weld and pi calculations, as well as drawings, constantly finding innovative ways to meet client demands. I have written numerous procedures to help remove the human error in data collection, data QA/QC and data post processing. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
