 Armory renovation ($1.3M) – Complex range safety requirements including ventilation, air filtration armory target control
system and wastewater. US Coast Guard’s first lead free small arms firing range. Completed ahead of schedule and on-

 Offshore Shipping Channel Structures ($2.8M) – Construction of 4 new range structures, 50 to 100 feet tall and
demolished/salvaged 6 structures. Worked jointly with Base Miami Beach Mayor and other local Government Officers to
maintain uninterrupted commerce during 18 month project at entrance to 9th
most active port in the country.
 Water Front Site Repairs ($1.2M) – Significant upgrades to waterfront, engineered upgrade to allow larger vessels to moor
alongside pier. Completed project $11K under budget and ahead of schedule.
 A/E Inspector Management – Simultaneously oversaw multiple A/E inspectors valued at $400K, as well as, 5 additional
Coast Guard inspectors, all at different geographic locations ranging from Arkansas to South Florida.
 Asset Management – In a surge effort of 18hr days, managed a team of 6 to analyze over 18,000 real property assets and
strategically document and categorize all assets in CG databases. Managed critical decisions that led to the Coast Guard’s
first clean audit presented to Congress.
 Advanced Acquisition Tracking Tool – Always striving for process improvement. Utilized root cause analysis and data
analytic tools to identify management gaps in $43M project portfolio. Created user friendly, real-time decision making tool

equipment. Responsible for the coordination and combating of any and all damage sustained to the ship.

the entire Engineering Department during high paced South Pacific deployment. Led preparations for the two week ship
