From the first day I began managing multi-million dollar construction projects, I have consistently realized

While it illustrates my experience of more than ten years and training, what it cannot communicate is my
dedication to my craft. My professional creed includes: Pride in the quality of my work, and a willingness to
personally perform even the most menial tasks to remove project obstacles and get the job done. This
includes being available at all hours as the central point of contact in the interest of the company and any

flow, and communicate those ideas to engineers, designers, and upper management, always with positive
results. Expertise in teambuilding in union environments, and implementing excellent communication skills

mentoring other workers.

Based on my experience and strong commitment to my craft, I know I will add significant value to your

you wish to further discuss your requirements and my ability to meet them. Thank you for your time and

Enclosure Resume
In the past I worked for Land Development companies as a Project Manager who
oversaw all aspects from start to finish. This was accomplished by managing field
operation, contracts, and sub- contractors: preparing plans and prioritizing the work
on a daily basis. I managed records for permit compliance while paying attention
to detail and quality of work. I help come up with project scope of work, budget,
risk management and schedule to ensure the completion of the project coming in
on time and under budget. In the situation that a problem came up I was able to
work with colleagues in the solution or alternatives that were needed.

This Project was in 2008 - 2009 for the city of Kent that consisted of sewer rehabilitation. Ground water
was less than two feet deep with a sandy lone for digging
material. Because of this there had to be extra pre-cautions taken to ensure
the safety of my crew and the risk for project over-run. Well points were
set up strategically to keep the water table at bay while a god-win pump
was used to by-pass the sewer. There was a part of the main that was laid
under building and in close areas that required boring to be done in large
scale from 24" and up. The main consisted of over eight city blocks with
new side sewers to homes in the area. This was done without putting any
of the neighbors out of service.

Working on top of Cougar Mountain was a challenge with
all of the cell towers and their special stipulations. In 2007
I constructed a new road that would give access to these
towers including six lots that Dr. Otto Hanson owned with
amazing views. This job had a storm retention vault under
the road in the entrance which did not go in with ease do to
the ground. In order to install it and keep access to the
neighbors and the towers a paved access road was
constructed for temporary access. This job took a lot of
organization and public relations due to the project being split by city and county property line and even
state of Washington had influences of what was ok to perform. In the end this job was a success.

Northlake Rim is a development by Norris Homes that I was the project manager on with CDI in 2006. This
development consisted of 48 lots. One of the big challenges on
this job was not only the 1000 feet of road improvement on
Military Rd. but the storm system that leaves the development
off a cliff down Paisley Canyon into a stream. Since there wasn't
an option for a gravity sewer we had to install a force main with
test stations throughout the plat. This development was one of
the first in federalway for forcemain sewers. Due to this it was
used as an example for all future plats that required force mains.

Working on top of Cougar Mountain was a challenge with all of the cell towers and their special stipulations. In 2007 I constructed a new road that would give access to these towers including six lots that Dr. Otto Hanson owned with amazing views. This job had a storm retention vault under the road in the entrance which did not go in with ease do to the ground. In order to install it and keep access to the neighbors and the towers a paved access road was constructed for temporary access. This job took a lot of organization and public relations due to the project being split by city and county property line and even state of Washington had influences of what was ok to perform. In the end this job was a success. Northlake Rim is a development by Norris Homes that I was the project manager on with CDI in 2006. This development consisted of 48 lots. One of the big challenges on this job was not only the 1000 feet of road improvement on Military Rd. but the storm system that leaves the development off a cliff down Paisley Canyon into a stream. Since there wasn't an option for a gravity sewer we had to install a force main with test stations throughout the plat. This development was one of the first in federalway for forcemain sewers. Due to this it was used as an example for all future plats that required force mains.

James came to us with skills that matured as our projects grew. He was able to handle everything that I assigned him. In this position, he reported to me and managed the work and performance of four or more employees. James is a bright and personable individual. He is highly self-motivated and well capable of achieving any goal he sets his mind to.
