Responsibilities
Coordinating all internal concrete slab repairs on the Penthouse floor at the U.S.Government Accountability
Office (GAO). Primary responsibilities include observing and determining scope of repairs to concrete slab
on grade during periodic inspections. Change orders, Requests for Information (RFI's), updating blueprints/
Drawings to reflect ongoing changes, regular OSHA mandated Safety/Compliance briefings and PPE training,
daily detailed reports of work performed/targeted, updating all MSDS information, regular and real time
knowledge of all materials being used on-site. Close supervision of all labor practices and maintaining a close
working relationship with Superintendents and subcontractors to ensure continuity and cohesion throughout
the duration of the project.
Accomplishments
There was a 6 month backlog when I began less than two months ago. Since then with radical necessary
changes in scope, we are extremely confident that we will be complete with the entire scope of work no later
than July. It took the efforts of ALL involved, but there is more to do, and we are definitely on target.

Great organizational/scheduling methods and coordination experience both in the office and hands on
knowledge in the field/on-site that fosters great mutual understanding with subcontractors/laborers.
Site Surveyor Aide

Recovering U.S. Fish and Wildlife Refuge official land markers and government site monuments for updating
official government land site surveys. Posting signs for land boundaries and designated hunting areas and

B. Forsythe Wildlife Refuge in Oceanville, New Jersey until approx. early January, 2016.

Our field crew are about to complete our mission two months earlier than the projected time. We literally worked
