Richard Turner is a training and development leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic development, relationship management, training delivery, mentoring, coaching, training supervision, leadership development, change management, executive communications, and team building. He has a B.S. in Occupational Education and an A.A. in Human Resource Management. Currently he is an Instructional Systems Specialist and Instructor developing training programs and courses. Previously he was a Senior Training and Development Manager, Lead Instructor, and Human Resource Manager.
