Problem Statement
Assessing the impact of Ashrayan Project on housing conditions and
overall living standards of beneficiaries and identifying key factors
contributing to these changes is necessary for evaluating project
effectiveness
The Ashrayan Project is a housing program in Bangladesh that has
been running since 1997, aiming to provide homes for the homeless
and landless population.

 Methodology: Qualitative methodology is used for effective understanding of the social
phenomena
 The Random purposive sampling strategy was used to select participants based on their
 Involvement in Ashrayan Projects
 To share their resettlement experience.
 Participants was selected based on their length of stay in the resettled communities
 Structured interviews and focus group discussions have done to collect data, and
thematic analysis was used for data analysis.
 Ethical considerations kept in concern for confidentiality, and protection of participants from
harm.
