This document summarizes a study on the effectiveness of organizational culture at Bhawsar Chemical PVT LTD in India. The study involved distributing questionnaires to 50 employees and laborers to understand their perceptions of the company's culture. It was found that the organization strongly emphasizes safety measures for employees and laborers. Employees and laborers reported being satisfied with the organizational culture overall but wanted more financial assistance to better support their families. Organizational culture is a set of attitude and behavior adopted by the employees in the organization by various situations. Job satisfactions are related to the perceptions of their working environment. The main objective of the study is to find the significant difference between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Also, to retain the talented and efficient workforce in the organization and also to improve the organizational growth and environment. The study employed with stratified random sampling method. This research work is a survey to make use of sample about 80 employees drawn from the population of 100 employees. The major source of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data is collected by using questionnaire method. The research observed in the study is, there is no significant difference between the organizational culture and the job satisfaction. An Investigation on the Impact of the Factors of Quality of Worklife on Socio...RSIS International
This research was designed to explore the impact of favourable Quality of worklife (QWL) on Socio-psychological aspects of workers and make suggestions to the policy makers to improve the QWL and the factors of socio-psychological aspects of weaving mill workers. This present study concentrated on QWL of the workers of weaving mills (shuttle-less power looms) in specific and found the relationship between the prevailing factors of Quality of Worklife (QWL) and its impact on socio-psychological factors of workers’ attitude and then how the weaving mill workers are behave in groups with present work environment. There are five principal socio-psychological factors are identified here, such as Job involvement, workers’ behaviour pattern, sense of competence, response to family and physical activity in work. The researcher has used both primary and secondary data and they were analysed with appropriate statistical tools. It is found that the existing QWL factors influence 75% on the attributes of socio-psychological of the workers. This survey clearly indicates that the existing quality of worklife in weaving mills is positively influencing the socio-psychological aspects of the workers. The present study has a few limitations. Based on the study, analysis of data and the findings, some suggestions have been given. It is solemnly believed if the various measures suggested are fully implemented; the weaving mills in Tamilnadu will get an exemplary position on achieving better QWL of the workers and improve the socio-psychological aspects of workmen.

MEDIATING EFFECT OF OCB ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB ATTITUDES AND KNOWLEDGE S...IAEME Publication
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has attracted so much attention of managers and scholars, but many aspects of this have not been studied yet. To fill this gap this study, we has applied three elements of employee's performance toward organization; knowledge sharing and job attitude as significant antecedents of OCB in an organization. The results have mentioned that employee's attitude toward organization and employee's knowledge sharing are antecedents of OCB. The managers who seek good soldiers in their organization can improve citizenship behaviors by scattering positive attitudes; provide good knowledge sharing ability and engaging employees. The results showed that job attitudes related to insignificantly on knowledge sharing behavior and significantly on OCB. It was caused by the facilitators had a job satisfaction to implicate their ability or skill so that they had a scared on exchange to the role or positions with the other people.
The main objective of the current study is to investigate the effects of organizational culture on organizational health. Modern organizations are in a very intense competitive conditions and in order to survive, they need parameters which guarantee their survival. Therefore, the current study will investigate the significance of culture in this regard. Municipalities as one of the organizations providing urban services are in a position where it is possible to lose their impact due to the activities of other organizations. Accordingly, the statistical population selected for this study includes all the employees in Tehran Municipality. In order to gather the required data, after determining the sample size as 384 participants using Krejcie and Morgan table, standard questionnaire of Denison for culture (2000) and organizational health (2008) were used. The current study is a quantitative one carried out as a descriptive survey. The validity and reliability of the study are confirmed using appropriate methods. Finally, in order to test the hypotheses of the study, various descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used. It was found out that the organizational survival of Municipality was affected by various cultural parameters, among which compatibility had the highest impact.

ABSTRACT: This study examined the relationship between knowledge application and organizational
sustainability of oil and gas companies in Rivers State. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey in its
investigation of the variables. Primary data was generated through structured administered questionnaire. The
population for this study was is made up of the twenty-four registered indigenous oil servicing companies in
Port Harcourt. Since the population is small, this study therefore adopts the entire population of 24 oil and gas
companies in Rivers State as a census. Five (5) managers were selected from each of 24 oil and gas companies
in Rivers State giving a total of 120 respondents. The reliability of the instrument was achieved by the use of the
Cronbach Alpha coefficient with all the items scoring above 0.70. The hypotheses were tested using the
Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation Statistics while the partial correlation was used to test the moderating effect
of organizational culture. The tests were carried out at a 0.05 significance level.The hypotheses were tested
using the Spearman rank order correlation Coefficient. The tests were carried out at a 95% confidence interval
and a 0.05 level of significance. The study findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between
enterprise knowledge audit and organizational sustainability of oil and gas companies in Rivers State. The study
concludes that when the investment in enterprise knowledge audit by oil and gas companies in Rivers State
positively enhances organizational sustainability. The study recommends that management of oil and gas
companies should ensure that knowledge delivery and analysis should be in sustainable environment within the
organization.

The nature of services in institutions of higher learning requires that all stakeholders play
positive roles in the sustainability of the institution’s survival and effectiveness in giving quality teaching,
research and learning. Structure and processes are core requirements for understanding organizational
effectiveness. The actual scenario in the field, however, raises concerns as to whether cases of pending work,
inefficiency, conflicts among others can be arrested by having proper structures and processes. The purpose of
the study was to assess the effect of organizational structure on organizational effectiveness, in public and
private universities in Kenya, using the case of Moi University and University of East Africa (UEA)-Baraton.
Based on the study, this paper undertakes a comparative analyisis of organizational structure and
organizational effectiveness between UEA-Baraton and Moi University and the extent to which the nature of
formalization and level of horizontal integration are antecedents to level of communication and locus of
decision-making. The study utilized a cross-sectional survey design that was descripto-explanatory in nature to
identify attributes of the study population using a small sample of individuals. Independent samples t-test was
used to test whether there was any significant difference in organizational structure and organizational
effectiveness between public and private universities. Further, the study used hierarchical regression analysis to
test the hypotheses. Based on the sample of 365 participants (300 from Moi University and 65 from UEABaraton),
the independent samples t-test confirmed that there were significant differences in organizational
structure and organizational effectiveness between public and private universities. The regression results
indicated that the locus of decision-making had positive and significant effects on productivity, stability,
resource acquisition and human resource satisfaction and development. The results highlight the need to
improve organizational structure which has positive impacts on organizational effectiveness under the
moderation of organizational processes. This move is necessitated by the accelerated pace of business
complexity today.

Market demand is usually the collective individual demand for products (either goods or services) that occurs within a given market. This is basically one of the drivers of the demand-supply market mechanism, where market demand is where buyers or customer or clients of a particular good or services collectively can have an impact on the supply of these goods and services. This will mean when the demand of certain products that a business is risen then the general performance, profitability and customer flow within the business is also risen and the vice versa is true if it drops then performance drops. On innovation market demand has a degree of influence that is demand for a service or product can drive a company to become more innovative or inventive to come up with solutions or products that can satisfy the current demand for the particular product.

The current study is a quantitative one carried out as a descriptive survey. The validity and reliability of the study are confirmed using appropriate methods. Finally, in order to test the hypotheses of the study, various descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used. It was found out that the organizational survival of Municipality was affected by various cultural parameters, among which compatibility had the highest impact.

ABSTRACT: This study examined the relationship between knowledge application and organizational
sustainability of oil and gas companies in Rivers State. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey in its
investigation of the variables. Primary data was generated through structured administered questionnaire. The
population for this study was is made up of the twenty-four registered indigenous oil servicing companies in
Port Harcourt. Since the population is small, this study therefore adopts the entire population of 24 oil and gas
companies in Rivers State as a census. Five (5) managers were selected from each of 24 oil and gas companies
in Rivers State giving a total of 120 respondents. The reliability of the instrument was achieved by the use of the
Cronbach Alpha coefficient with all the items scoring above 0.70. The hypotheses were tested using the
Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation Statistics while the partial correlation was used to test the moderating effect
of organizational culture. The tests were carried out at a 0.05 significance level.The hypotheses were tested
using the Spearman rank order correlation Coefficient. The tests were carried out at a 95% confidence interval
and a 0.05 level of significance. The study findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between
enterprise knowledge audit and organizational sustainability of oil and gas companies in Rivers State. The study
concludes that when the investment in enterprise knowledge audit by oil and gas companies in Rivers State
positively enhances organizational sustainability. The study recommends that management of oil and gas
companies should ensure that knowledge delivery and analysis should be in sustainable environment within the
organization.

The nature of services in institutions of higher learning requires that all stakeholders play
positive roles in the sustainability of the institution’s survival and effectiveness in giving quality teaching,
research and learning. Structure and processes are core requirements for understanding organizational
effectiveness. The actual scenario in the field, however, raises concerns as to whether cases of pending work,
inefficiency, conflicts among others can be arrested by having proper structures and processes. The purpose of
the study was to assess the effect of organizational structure on organizational effectiveness, in public and
private universities in Kenya, using the case of Moi University and University of East Africa (UEA)-Baraton.
Based on the study, this paper undertakes a comparative analyisis of organizational structure and
organizational effectiveness between UEA-Baraton and Moi University and the extent to which the nature of
formalization and level of horizontal integration are antecedents to level of communication and locus of
decision-making. The study utilized a cross-sectional survey design that was descripto-explanatory in nature to
identify attributes of the study population using a small sample of individuals. Independent samples t-test was
used to test whether there was any significant difference in organizational structure and organizational
effectiveness between public and private universities. Further, the study used hierarchical regression analysis to
test the hypotheses. Based on the sample of 365 participants (300 from Moi University and 65 from UEABaraton),
the independent samples t-test confirmed that there were significant differences in organizational
structure and organizational effectiveness between public and private universities. The regression results
indicated that the locus of decision-making had positive and significant effects on productivity, stability,
resource acquisition and human resource satisfaction and development. The results highlight the need to
improve organizational structure which has positive impacts on organizational effectiveness under the
moderation of organizational processes. This move is necessitated by the accelerated pace of business
complexity today.

The goal and objective of almost all companies is to become and remain successful throughout the life cycle of the business. Success determined within a business can be measured through company performance for instance in sales, profitability, revenue indexes, return on investment and also through innovation that a company can attribute as an achievement or advancement in the field they operate in. Performance and innovation are the two main key indicators of success or failure of any business. The current trend right now is that companies are investing a lot of resources to ensure they optimize and increase their innovative and performance indexes. One way this can be done is through ensuring the organizational culture is outstanding and the understanding of the market demand is well understood.
My hypothesis
Market demand is usually the collective individual demand for products (either goods or services) that occurs within a given market. This is basically one of the drivers of the demand-supply market mechanism, where market demand is where buyers or customer or clients of a particular good or services collectively can have an impact on the supply of these goods and services. This will mean when the demand of certain products that a business is risen then the general performance, profitability and customer flow within the business is also risen and the vice versa is true if it drops then performance drops. On innovation market demand has a degree of influence that is demand for a service or product can drive a company to become more innovative or inventive to come up with solutions or products that can satisfy the current demand for the particular product.
Organization or organizational culture basically involves the inner environment, set up and culture of an organization. Basically the organizational culture is the policies, beliefs, core values, moral compass and the assumptions or standards in which a company conducts its daily business activities. This will dictate how a company interacts with its employees, customers, rivals and the law. It also can dictate a company’s working environment. Companies’ culture is usually defined and implemented in their company policy and enforced by the human resource department. A company that has exceptional business standards and ways of operating usually build a good reputation which attracts customers, also.
