Md. Mosta Gausul Hoque, a career civil servant, has been working as Principal Project Manage-
ment Consultant at the World Bank assisted DIMAPP project of the Ministry of Planning of the
Government of Bangladesh. He also led two World Bank financed projects at Bangladesh
Parliament Secretariat and Bangladesh Public Service Commission as Project Director. He is a
Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2014, PMP® credential 1726050, and PMI
Member ID: 2658124-at good standing. He is a member of Resource Persons’ Pool of the
government. He has over 10 years of experience of sharing knowledge on Project Management
at both private and public sector.
Mr. Hoque conducts Master’s level courses on Project Management at IBA-DU, IHE-DU,
BIGM-DU, BIGD-Brac University and MPPG- NSU as adjunct faculty. He also conducts master’s
level course on Public Finance at Yamaguchi University, Japan. His other endeavors include
regular training facilitation at Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center (BPATC),
Police Staff College, BCS (Admin) Academy, Bangladesh Institute of Administration and
Management (BIAM) etc. He also conducts PMP Exam Facilitation Course in Bangladesh.
His way of teaching and delivery style has been recognized as one of the most effective and
subsequent appreciation, evaluation and demand have encouraged him getting involved in
these part time activities. Mr. Hoque achieved Masters of Economics degree from Yamaguchi
University, Japan, a Post Graduate Diploma in Government Financial Management from
University of Ulster, United Kingdom. He also attained MBA degree from IBA -Dhaka University
and B.Sc. Honors in Physics from Dhaka University. He has been trained at different universi-
