This is a advance technology for the checkup of the patient by the doctor. IN this there is a microcontroller whis encode all the sensor data and display on lcd screen and also send to gsm module by this all the pateint psychological data send to mobile in the form of sms .

2. Introduction
 Patient monitoring system, a major improvement in
hospitality because of its advanced technology.
 Health care sensors are playing a vital role in hospitality.
 A wireless system to measure heartbeat and body
temperature.

3. Objective behind this concept
 By using this technology, we can reduce the number of
emergency department visits, hospitalizations and
duration of hospital stays.
 It is used for measuring automatically or at regular
intervals, the value of patient’s important physiological
parameters.
 It is useful in monitoring patients outside of conventional
clinical settings.
 This remote monitoring system is an alternative for
a heartbeat monitoring system with a stethoscope.

4. Method
 The microcontroller encodes the readings thus received,
displays it on LCD and sends it to Mobile Phone by GSM
module.
 The proposed project is a wireless communication
system that keeps a track of remote patient’s body
temperature and displays it by using GSM module.
 This system is used to read remote patients temperature
using a digital temperature sensor and sends it to
microcontroller.

 Mainly three parts of the system:- Heart beat sensor,
temperature sensor & microcontroller.
 Hear beat sensor is used to measure heart beat rate.
 Temperature sensor is used to measure body
temperature.
 The transmitter transmits the heart beat count and
temperature of patient.
 Data transmitted Via GSM module as SMS.
 Transmitter is placed near the patient.
 On receiver side mobile phone receives the data.

7. Future scope
 Multiple parameters like retinal size, age and weight can
be included as controlling parameters in the future.
 EEG, ECG and other health parameters can also be
monitored.
 More than a single patient at different places can be
monitored using such system.
 Continuous monitoring and future diagnosis can be
performed via the same system .

8. Conclusion
 We presented the design and implementation of a
Remote Patient Monitoring system based on wireless
technology using a cellular phone, to send an SMS to
the medical staff.
 The system monitors patient's health status, such as
heart rate, and temperature.
 The developed system can be used at home as well as
in traveling.
