2. Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer and can be used to moisturise and dry parts of the body
including chapped lips. You can simply apply it several times in a day to keep them moist.

3. Water is the solution to most problems in our body and so also heals chapped lips which is
caused due to dehydration in most cases. Although consuming 8-10 glasses of water a day is
recommended, you can count the liquids taken in any form in this.

4. You can mix two teaspoons of sugar with one teaspoon of honey and rub the mixture gently
on your lips for 2-3 minute. This loosens dead skin cells. You can then wash it off with
