This document discusses reflexive pronouns and when they are used. Reflexive pronouns are used when the subject and object of a sentence are the same. Examples given include "He looks at himself" and "She cut herself." Reflexive pronouns are also used to stress that something is done independently or without help, as in "I spoke to Jack himself" or "I myself spoke to Jack."
