This has reference by virtue of ESLA Resolution No. 8, Series of 2016
also known as Approving the ESLA ID Design 2016 provided that
further revisions are incorporated in the design dated July 15, 2016.
Please note further that the committee has submitted 4 (four) ID designs
to be chosen/selected by the officers and members of the organization.
Hence, there is a need of referendum to this effect.
