This has reference by virtue of ESLA Resolution No. 15, s.2016 also known
as “Requesting the ESLA Officers to donate one unit of Wall Clock in
the CTE Building Room no.201” dated June 23, 2016.
Please note further that the CTE Building Room no. 201 at present has no
wall clock, thus, this request is addressed to the ESLA officers of the present
administration.
It is for this reason that this office would like to inform the body of the said
concern for appropriate action.
Attached is copy of the resolution in support to the said concern for further
information and ready reference.

Advocate (ESLA) of the Surigao del Sur State University-Main Campus in
Meeting assembled:

Whereas:the College of Teacher Education Building Room no. 201 at
present has no wall clock which is significant and useful in the
monitoring of time in every class schedule of students and
instructors;
Whereas: there is a dire need to have a wall clock in the said building so that
the students and instructors will be informed to time schedules of
every subject;
Whereas: The ESLA officers believed that the wall clock to be donated and
to be displayed in the said building will be one of the initial projects
of the organization. Further, the organization has no sufficient
funds to be used in the procurement of wall clock; thus, the
officers have agreed in conformity to contribute 15 pesos each for
the said project;
Whereas: the said amount to be collected will be used to defray expenses in
1 unit wall clock, 1 unit battery and fare of the committee. Provided
further that the ESLA Treasurer will immediately require the
committee to present receipts in each item for disclosure and
transparency purposes.
Now, therefore, after further discussions and deliberations, upon on
motion of the Michal M. Agudo, Vice Mayor, duly seconded by Maricar V.
Jamora, Public Information Officer, resolved as it is hereby resolved to
approve the request of donating one unit of wall clock in CTE Room Building
no.201. Resolved further that the wall clock will be displayed in the said
building beneficial to ESLA students and instructors. Resolved finally that the
copy of this resolution be furnished to DR. NEMESIO G. LOAYON, Dean of
the College of Teacher Education, DR. JENNIFER M. MONTERO, Assistant
Dean of the College of Teacher Education and DR. EVELYN T. BAGOOD,
ESLA Adviser for their information and ready reference.
Adopted during the 1st English as a Second Language Advocate
(ESLA) Officers Special Meeting held this 23rd day of June, 2016 at Room
201 of the College of Teacher Education Building of Surigao del Sur State
University-Main Campus, Tandag City.
