Relevant to support academic and extracurricular activities of students in our school and
to foster effective student leadership in the name of commitment and service, we are very
pleased to inform you that Student Body Organization will initiate the Intensive Reading
Comprehension Program by virtue of Resolution No. 3, S. 2017 also known as Approving
The Intensive Reading Comprehension Program To Promote Literacy, To Reinforce
And To Scaffold Students W ith Low Reading Comprehension Skills. Approving
Further, The Designated Working Committees To Facilitate Effectively The Program.
In view of this, we would like to ask permission from your good office to allow us conduct
the Intensive Reading Comprehension Program every Wednesday and Friday at 12 noon
and before 1 pm at the School Library effective August, 2017. We would like also to request
your good office to endorse this matter to respective class advisers for appropriate action.
Rest assured that this activity/program will help and support our students to appreciate
reading comprehension through language and literature literacy.
