lstarted working in Swedbank as a Test Manager in January 20t4. ljoined Ville in the
beginning of the project to set up the QA team for a Calypso implementation project. Ville
worked as Program test manager, leading the QA team from mid 2013 until June 20L6. Since
the beginning of the project Ville showed to be client oriented and focused on the quality of
the deliveries from the project.
Ville's performance during the project was outstanding, based on a methodic way of working,
and being very structured and organized, with ethical and professional values and a very
positive and energetic attitude.
Ville is a very strong resource in different areas, namely the following:

and policies to be followed by the team;
Positive attitude - Ville boosts the good work environment, treating everybody in a

Calypso Knowledge - Due to his past experience, working on a implementation of a
Calypso installation of FX products and later on as production support of that
installation, Ville has a good knowledge and understanding of Calypso;
