4. OUR SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY
• We would train the steering committee to train the
sub committees to get totally prepared for ISO.
• We would make the staff to prepare the QUALITY
MANUAL, PROCEDURE MANUAL, WORK
INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL so that they themselves can
manage the QMS.
• We will conduct the MOCK AUDIT and assist fully
during the certification audit.
