Oversaw and ran studio and operations for 375 - a company specialising in sustainable marketing and advertising, a incredibly
varied role, dealing with concept and creative through to HR, Finance and Operations

Operations Director - OpenSpace - Dec 2014 - December 2015
Operations for a event space in the same building as 375 - which I was a pivotal role in managing, the maintenance, legals and
installation for all events, exhibitions and networking
- Manage and oversee, build and maintenance for the space plus all event needs including AV, stock levels, catering and quality.
- Managing IT install, full networks and government funded lease line
- Overseeing and facilitating finance, invoices and purchase orders through the account teams and collating reports
- Network and new business build for clients for OpenSpace
Achievements
Project managed the office move into a empty shell in 3 weeks - working and managing all suppliers on electrics, plumbing,
building, IT and AV requirements.
Results
Have a event space that is totally unique in Bristol and sticks to our sustainable and servicing ethos.
Creative Services Director - Mason Zimbler - March 2012 - June 2014
Looking after all creative services within the Harte Hanks UK group, including in-house projects and also work carried out by our
trusted partners, be it concept and design, through to online, marketing automation and video production. My role includes:
- Managing and planning all work through the in-house studio, off-shore and remote working
- Liaising between client services, planning and operations departments
- Holding weekly status meetings and managing daily schedule
- Resourcing the correct freelance skill set when required, forecasting with Creative Director and Finance Director
- Booking and holding creative meetings, WIPs, Presentations, pre-productions etc.

Achievements
Instigated and set up working practices between Harte Hanks units in the US and Europe. The systems I put in place ensured
greater bandwidth and flexibility and increased profitability.

Under my management the creative department together with freelance resource and production houses created engaging and
beautiful content including: videos, vines, websites, emails, print campaigns, direct mail and exhibitions.
Some of the work went on to win awards such as B2B Marketing, CNET Networks, Campaign, The Drum and Chip Shop Awards.
