Perhaps an agent has been extremely professional, showed a great deal of sensitivity and a caring nature, been particularly attentive to detail or tireless in representing the buyer or seller. Perhaps the agent has displayed all of the above mentioned characteristics. The criteria is whatever has singled this individual out. The motivation behind the award is to acknowledge the agent who has kept a positive attitude while getting the job done. Please Note: Beginning in 2009 the Nominee must receive 5 different nominations to be considered for the award.
