This document describes a proposed system to verify driving licenses using fingerprint biometrics and Aadhaar information. The system uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller connected to a fingerprint sensor to collect fingerprints and check them against a database on a cloud server via Wi-Fi. It aims to help enforce traffic rules by identifying unlicensed or improperly licensed drivers in real-time. Key aspects of the system include fingerprint enrollment and verification, storing biometric and license data on a cloud database, and displaying verification results. The goal is to reduce traffic violations by making it harder for unlicensed or fake license holders to avoid detection.

3. The main intention of this project is to
checking driving license and to avoid illegal
activities.
Design, fabricate and program a novel method
for real time vehicle driving license verification
and reducing traffic rule violation using Aadhaar
information.
Government to identify the negligent drivers.
To control traffic problems.
Operated by the traffic police.
Driving violation is updated on cloud database
on the spot.

4. Road safety is a major social concern in the
country.
In India violation of driving rule was done by
he/she will pay the spot fine and move away
easily.
Driving violation are not maintained in a
record so they repeating the mistakes.
 Accidents happened mostly by unlicensed
drivers.
Indian government is taking steps to validate
the driving license originality.

5. Difficult for the public to carry their license
always.
A new system proposed is finger print
identification with Aadhaar information.
The processor to be used is Arduino Uno R3
microcontroller which is designed for low cost
and low power embedded applications.
The data acquired by finger print biometric
sensor is read by the microcontroller and sent
cloud storage via Wi-Fi.

6. Our project fulfills to catch the
non-licensed person , the fake users and the
unregistered vehicles.
Using fingerprint based licensing and it will be
easy to find out the non-license drivers.

7. A driving license is an official document .
It certifying the license holders qualification
to a drive a motor vehicle.
It must have a valid driving license issued by
the concerned State Government’s Regional
Transport Office (RTO).
Assure the people ‘s safety.
Know road manners.

Examples:Scooters,Motorbikes.

9. EXISTING METHOD:
Every user should carry the driving license
along with them.
Smart card capable of storing the finger print.
Issuing the license, the specific person’s finger
print is to be stored in the card.
At the time that person’s details are fully
stored in that database.
Person’s entire information will be displaying.

10. The most popular and reliable personal biometric
identification is used ie.,finger print identification
with Aadhaar information.
It is used to authenticate whether the driver is
licensed with Aadhaar information or not.
The processor to be used is Arduino Uno R3
microcontroller which is designed for low cost and low
power embedded applications.
The data acquired by finger print biometric sensor
is read by the microcontroller and sent cloud storage
via Wi-Fi.
No need to carry driving license always with them.

14.  Digital write pin is used to write the digital value
of the given pin.
 Pin mode pin is used to set the pin to I/O mode.
 Analog read pin reads and returns the value.
Analog write pin writes the value of the pin.
Serial begins pin sets the beginning of serial
communication by setting the rate of bit.

16. Finger print R305 includes,
Finger print enrollment.
Finger print verification.
Enrollment program upload to the ardunio board.
Create an ID in serial monitor.
The ID’s are stored on the cloud database.
In verification process, the program upload to the
arduino board.
Finger print is verified.
Finger print is matched/dismatched, the result is
stored on the cloud database.

Wi-Fi.
Create the new channels on thingspeak.
The data informations are read/write in python.
The results are displaying.

Expired license are identified easily.
License which are not linked with the Aadhaar
information can also be easily identified.
It is useful to the Government by reducing their
manual works.
