 Co-designed a HBA buying program in 1985 that compared multiple vendor cost
prices and created a rapid way to purchase merchandise at the best price.
 Developed a unique Scheduling Program In April 1998, that reduced over-time by
85%, saving an average of $1500/week and hundreds of man hours annually
increasing store profitability. The program was especially effective in helping
assign the appropriate personnel for specific scheduling needs.
 In October 1998, Transformed an underutilized 5,000 sq. ft. 2nd Floor space, into
a unique Toy/Novelty Department, and Children's Play area that quickly became
