publisher, with more than 60 brands, ICP creates content for multiple
platforms, across print, online, mobile, tablets and events.
• We engage with 26 million UK adults – almost two thirds of UK
women and over 40% of UK men.
• One award winning portfolio of websites reaches over 25 million
global users every month.
BBC
• BBC Magazines was the magazine publishing division of BBC
worldwide. The massive corporation had a long history of publishing
magazines including the Radio Times which was first released back in
1923.
• BBC’s magazines range from adult to pre-teen to education and pre-
school. The most well known of their magazines would be Radio
Times, Top Gear and Top of the Pops.
• BBC’s Top of the Pops is the magazine which I have been taking
inspiration from for my own. The magazine was first released in 1995
along side it’s own TV show,
Bauer Media
• They have more than eighty influential media brands, spanning a wide
range of interests, including HEAT, GRAZIA, MCN, FHM, Parkers.
• The business is built on millions of personal relationships with
engaged audiences.
• Bauer Media also has the market leading music and entertainment
titles, Q, MOJO and KERRANG! Q harnesses the music and lifestyle
audience, MOJO continues its crusade for timeless music and
KERRANG! rocks its audience every week.
Seymour /Front Line
• Seymour is owned by the Front Line Group. They are the largest
distributor of UK magazines internationally, exporting magazines to
over 90 countries.
• As the UK’s leading magazine sales, Frontline marketing and
distribution company, representing 42% of the magazine category, we
sold 309m copies of our 800 different magazines through over 55,000
retail outlets ranging from the biggest superstore to the smallest
newsagent.
